Abstract

Diplomová práce analyzuje a hodnotí multikulturní vazby v konkrétních podmínkách firemní praxe, cílem je konfrontace, vymezení a objasní významu multikulturní komunikace ve firemní praxi. První část je teoretická, kde je definován pojem komunikace. Dále se zabývá jednotlivými formami komunikace, kulturních standardů až po význam komunikace v současných systémech. Praktické část popisuje cíle, metodiku, vlastní výzkum a vyhodnocení diplomové práce. V závěru jsou prezentovány návrhy na zlepšení, které jsou aplikovány v jednotlivých organizacích.

This diploma thesis analyzes and evaluates multicultural bindings in concrete terms of company practice. The target of thesis is confrontation, qualify and elucidate the significance of multicultural communication in practice and with practical applications. The first part is theoretical, where the notion of communication. Then it deals with particular ways of communications, cultural standards and the importance of communication in current systems. The practical part describes the targets, methodology, personal research in companies and evaluation of the thesis. The final part presents improvement suggestions which are practically applied in individual companies.
