Abstract

The bachelor's thesis describes a simple way of CRM systems. Customer relationship management is a part of corporate strategy and culture. CRM and are affecting employees, processes, technologies and data. Using CRM gain a competitive advantage. Work deals with the emergence of customer-orientation, history, description of the structure, contains recommendations for the introduction into the business, choosing the right system and the description of the particular system. After reading the work will be able to answer readers questions on what CRM is and what it is.
