Návrh metodiky stanovení vhodného zdroje tvářecí síly při návrhu nových jednoúčelových zařízení

Abstract

The diploma thesis analyses the current state of the determination of an appropriate source of forming force for single-purpose devices for component manufacturing in the joint-stock company KOVONA SYSTEM. A construction design of two single-purpose devices used in the joint-stock company KOVONA SYSTEM was described. Limits were set for the use of the individual types of drives by the analysis of the power, which the drives are capable to develop. In the diploma thesis the methodology for determining of the appropriate source of the forming force was developed. Using the proposed methodology the critical locations were found on specific single-purpose devices and a suitable source of forming force was determined.
