Žárové nástřiky - vybrané mechanické zkoušky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem žárových nástřiků. V úvodu je popsán proces tvoření povlaku, jejich vlastnosti a rozdělení přídavných materiálů. V další kapitole je rozdělení a popis technologií pro nanášení žárových povlaků a popis základních mechanických zkoušek, které se na povlacích provádí. V experimentální části je navrhnut a realizován přípravek pro mechanickou zkoušku ohybem a krutem. Na přípravcích se poté provedly zkoušky vzorků, na které byly naneseny povlaky ze čtyř různých prášků pomocí vysokorychlostního nástřiku HVOF. V závěrečné diskusi jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky.

Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of thermal spraying. The introduction describes the process of forming the coating, properties and distribution of additional materials. The next chapter is a division and a description of technologies for applying thermal coatings and description of basic mechanical tests that the coatings performed. In the experimental part, is designed and implemented product for mechanical bending and torsion tests. At the plant is then carried out tests on samples, which were deposited coatings of four different powders using high HVOF. In the final discussion summarizes the results.
