Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the welding of electroconductive conductors of aluminium alloy and the subsequent automation of the entire technological process in the Siemens production plant in Mohelnice. At the beginning of the work, an analysis of current welding technology, welding parameters and material preparation is carried out. Furthermore, the weldability of aluminium and its alloys used in the production of the busbar system is characterized. The experimental part of the work includes an analysis of the input parameters for the automation of the welding process, a description of the robotic workplace, experimental testing of the quality of welding joints and the achieved results of the financial return on investment. In the conclusion, further steps to increase the volume of production are given.
