Standardizace procesu vývoje a dodávek technologického systému pro farmaceutický průmysl

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose a change in process of development and delivery of technological system for pharmaceutical industry. A purified water system was chosen as the technological system. Introduction contains theoretical information about standardization. Following part is focused on characteristics of purified water, its production, storage and distribution. Proposed change is based on delivery of standardized source of purified water which will be delivered in four performance categories: 500 l/h, 1000 l/h, 2500 l/h a 5000 l/h. Categories were compared according to acquisition and operating cost for four producers: Stilmas, Termodestilace, BWT and Watek. The lowest acquisition cost for 500 l/h and 1000/h shows BWT and for 2500 l/h and 5000 l/h Termodestilace. The lowest operation cost in all performance categories shows BWT.
