Srovnání jednorázového a pravidelného investování prostřednictvím podílových fondů

Abstract

V současné době existuje mnoho způsobů jak zhodnotit své volné finanční prostředky. Jednou z nejvyužívanějších možností je investování prostřednictvím podílových fondů. Do otevřených podílových fondů je možné investovat prostřednictvím jednorázové investice na počátku investičního období nebo spořit pravidelnými úložkami po celou dobu investice. Cílem bakalářské práce je srovnat výkonnost jednotlivých metody investování prostřednictvím podílových fondů na základě kritérií, kterými jsou: vnitřní výnosová míra, výnosnost a riziko. V První části bakalářské práce jsou popsány způsoby rozdělení a historie fondů. V druhé části se nachází stručný popis vybraných fondů a následně jsou zde teoreticky objasněna kritéria, na základě kterých bude v praktické části srovnávána výkonnost jednotlivých metod investování. Poslední část se věnuje vyhodnocení metod investování prostřednictvím vybraných fondů. Výsledkem práce jsou určitá doporučení pro investory na základě zjištěných poznatků.

Nowadays there are many ways how to invest free funds. One of the most frequent ways is to invest into mutual funds. Open-end mutual funds offer the possibility of either lump-sum investment at the beginning of the investment period or to periodically save small amounts of money through the whole period. Goal of this bachelor thesis is to compare performance of both investment methods by using criteria of internal rate of return, profitability and risk. First part of the thesis describes types of mutual funds and their history. Second part consists of brief description of selected mutual funds and theoretical explanation of criteria used for comparison of the investment methods in the practical part of the thesis. In the last part the results of the investment methods are presented on selected mutual funds. Conclusion of the thesis provides recommendation for investors based on the findings.
