Abstract

The goal of bachelor´s work is current status analysis of solved topic, definition of problemable areas and proposal of corrective actions. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts from the quality section, complaints and reclamations, reasons of reclamations, and tools for problem solving. Company Witzenmann Group which produce flexible stainless steel components is presented in an inroduction of practical part. Current statusfor customer claims solving is described. Then 8D report is applied on practicle example. Problemable areas are defined and suggestions for 8D report are proposed.
