This bachelor thesis deals with 3D print technology, destructive testing of samples made by HP Multi Jet Fusion technology of material PA11 and strength analysis of the orthopaedic aids. In introduction of thesis is described the most famous and used 3D print technologies, including their advantages and disadvantages.
Then the principle of a tensile test is clarified, which is used for gaining mechanical properties of the material PA11. The mechanical properties are used in the strength analysis of the orthopaedic aids by the finite element method in ANSYS Workbench 2019 R1. Finally, the adjustments of the aids for reducing mechanical stress are propounded.
