Bubnová sušička

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukční úpravou bubnové sušičky BS-6 s cílem zvýšení výkonu zařízení o 100% sušených pilin za hodinu. V úvodu popisuje vlastnosti biomasy a její sušení pro následné zpracování jako biopaliva. Obsahem dalších kapitol je technická zpráva složená z upřesněných požadavků na zařízení ve formě požadavkového listu, funkční struktury, orgánové struktury a hrubé stavební struktury. Práce představuje zejména konstrukční úpravu bubnu sušičky a související technologické zařízení ovlivněné zvýšeným výkonem.

Bachelor's study is about structural adjustment of a tumble dryer BS-6 in order to increase device output by 100% of dried sawdust per one hour. In the introduction are described properties of biomass and its drying for subsequent processing as a biofuel. The technical report creates the content of the next chapters. The technical report compounds from the specified equipment requirements in the form of the request sheet, functional structure, organ structure and raw building structures. The work represents especially structural adjustment of dryer’s drum and related technological equipment affected by increased output.
