Návrh uzavíracího ventilu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the structural and calculation project of a high pressure valve - an armature. The thesis begins with the description of the issue and continues with the information about the solution. Furthermore, the brief research of current valve market of Arako spol. s r.o. company is presented. Then, the author`s own structural projects of V58 and V43 valves with the nominal size DN = 80 are included. These projects are verified by the calculations of solidity. The calculations are focused on main structural parts. Projected valve allows the closing and regulation of the application flow with the pressure of PN = 250 and working temp -10 to 450°C.
