Abstract

This thesis contains heat pipe design for family house according to its heat loss. Heat pump and its basic parts like for example compressor, heat exchangers etc. are described. There are construction costs of heat pump, comparison of operating costs of heating with heat pump and natural gas boiler, and return of investments. There is environmental assessment of using heat pump and natural gas boiler.
