Optimalizace a výroba frézy pro obrábění polystyrenu a minerální vaty

Abstract

The diploma thesis is an optimization of my bachelor's thesis, when the design modifications of the cutter were solved. During the diploma thesis, the optimization of the cutter production was solved. At the beginning of the work is a theoretical procedure of thermal insulation, which includes the use of an optimized tool. Furthermore, the work describes 3 methods of production of cutters, materials from which it is possible to produce cutters, dimensional variants of cutters, which would be suitable to offer on the market thanks to the offer of plugs from insulation and the possibility of optimizing the whole thermal insulation process. Thanks to the technical and economic evaluation of all milling cutters, a milling cutter with the best parameters for series production was subsequently selected.
