Racionalizace výrobního procesu při výrobě jader pro transformátory

Abstract

Práce se zabývá racionalizací výrobního procesu při výrobě jader pro transformátory. Cílem bakalářské práce je nejdříve analyzovat vnitřní prostředí firmy, odhalit problémy, nedostatky v rámci výrobního procesu a navrhnout zlepšení výrobního procesu při výrobě jader pro transformátory. V práci bylo analyzováno prostředí firmy, kde byly nalezeny problémy týkající se přepravy výrobků, uspořádání pracovišť, měření distribučních jader a deformace žíhací pece. V návrhu řešení jsou jednotlivé problémy detailně popsány a následně je navrhnuto jejich řešení. V závěru jsou shrnuty všechny vyřešené problémy a přínos práce pro firmu.

The thesis deals with the rationalization of the production process in the production of transformer cores. The aim of this thesis is first to analyze the internal environment of the company, to identify problems, shortcomings in the production process and to suggest improvements in the production process in the production of transformer cores. In this work, the environment of the company was analyzed, where problems were found concerning the transport of products, arrangement of workplaces, measurement of distribution cores and deformation of the annealing furnace. In the solution design, the individual problems are described in detail and then their solution is proposed. The conclusion summarizes all solved problems and benefits of work for the company.
