Analýza systému CRM strojírenské firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem CRM ve strojírenské firmě. Cílem je analýza CRM systému v dané firmě, a následná tvorba doporučení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teorie je zaměřená na teoretická východiska CRM systémů ve strojírenské firmě. Praktická část je tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem a analýzou systému CRM. Práce je zakončena doporučeními a podstatné myšlenky jsou shrnuty v závěru.

The bachelor thesis deals with CRM system in engineering company. The goal is to analyze the CRM system in the company, and then create recommendations. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theory is focused on theoretical basis of CRM systems in the engineering company. The practical part consists of quantitative research and analysis of the CRM system. The thesis concludes with recommendations and substantial ideas are summarized at the end.**
