Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with expansion of assembly line for production of Y283 lock at safety lock front opening hood at Volvo Program in company Brano Broup, a.s. It was analysing because of the contract for new type lock Y283 production. In the introduction is advise existing disposition lay – out and analyzed production process of existing line assemby. After contemplated of both solving possibility was warrented expansion of existing lins for new order. In this work is processed new production process with insert of among – operation for assembly bonnet latch on existing assembly line. Project is objective example of economical solving and usage existing working space.
