Analýza spokojenosti návštěvníků Sportovního ostrova Ludvíka Daňka v Blansku

Abstract

The object of my diploma work was to know satisfaction of visitors seeing the Sport Island of Ludvík Daněk. It is situated in Blansko in the South of Moravia. I found out if people were regular visitors of this complex, their satisfaction with services, whitch ones were insufficient, which news were requested. I suggested to take precautions for satisfied visitors with services and for better prosperity of this area. In my theory part there are upshots from expert literature about marketing services, exploration and sphere engageing in customers and their satisfaction. I present my information from the Island of Ludvík Daněk in Blansko in my practical part. I did questionnaire among customers of this place, I processed my information and I suggested my proposals and recommendation.
