Návrh RTP pro výrobu palet

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem RTP na výrobu palet. V první fázi je provedena analýza výrobků s popisem technických parametrů. Budou vyráběny 3 typy palet. Pracoviště obsahuje manipulační prvky (robot, manipulátor), pily na dřevo, Paletomaty, a dopravníkové tratě. V diplomové práci je podrobný popis všech zařízení. V závěru je provedeno technicko ekonomické zhodnocení dosažených výsledků. K práci je přiložena použitá literatura a příloha s kontrolními výpočty.

Thesis is dealing with design of robotized technological workplace for the production of pallets. In the first phase is an analysis of products with a description of technical parameters. There will by made 3 different types of pallets in this workplace. Workplace is composed of handling equipment (robots, manipulators), saw-wood, paletomats and conveyors. In the thesis is a detailed description of all devices. There is the technical and economic evaluation of the achieved results in the conclusion. The adopted literature and the apendix with check calculations.
