Návrh segmentu automatické výrobní linky na výrobu kosmetiky

Abstract

The master's thesis deals with the design of a segment of an automatic production line designed for filling and closing cosmetic cream jars. The thesis includes an analysis of the requirements for such a machine working in the cosmetic industry, research of existing solutions and design of the machine. The design focuses on safety, ease of washability and tool-free and fast machine conversion to different sizes of doses. The design includes FEA analysis of selected components, verification of the magnetic coupling functionality, determination of the mechanism changeover time, design of the clamping head effector compression spring, calculation of the critical bearing service life and optimization of the groove and O-ring dimensions. The result of the work is a 3D model and partial drawings of the design of the machine meeting the specific requirements for automated production of cosmetic products.
