Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a model for the education and development of employees in the company PULS investiční, s.r.o., which specializes in the production of electric backup sources. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to professional terminology in the field of education and development of employees. The company PULS investiční, s.r.o. is also presented in detail from its establishment to the present in the theoretical part. The current model of employee education and development, which is currently used in the company, is described in detail in the practical part of the bachelor's thesis. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a new model of education, which would help to optimize the processes of corporate education and support the development of human capital in the company PULS investiční, s.r.o.
