Abstract
Theoretical part of the Master Thesis presents the studing of structure surface of steel substrate, in particular bluntness, surface tension, preliminary modifications, and production of materials metallurgical production, particularly hot-rolling, the coatings and their compo sition. In the experimental part is examined dusting, the chemical analysis and surface roughness in the case of the supporting documents. As the supporting documents have been used blasted steel sheets, hot-rolled tubes and the metal testing panels. The next part is focused on a comparison between two different paints systems, which are applied pneumatic spray on the supporting documents. The first coating was transparent coating system based on acrylic containing corrosion inhibitors and anti-corrosion pigments and the second was transparent by woter-soluble the coating based on alkyd resin. For them to control the thickness wet and dry layer, the resistance against separation from underlay, the corrosion resistance in artificial athmosphere and the resistance against creep. All the results have been written down, compared and then have been evaluated.
