Experimentální ověřování inovované metody DRECE

Abstract

This Master's thesis focuses on the experimental validation of the improved DRECE method. The introductory section is devoted to a review of technologies utilizing the principle of severe plastic deformation (SPD), a description of the DRECE method, and its development into its current form. The practical section focuses on experimental verification through tensile tests of samples made of low-carbon steel DC03, DC01 and on the evaluation of their mechanical properties after the forming process. This is followed by an analysis of the hardness of the surface layers of both low-carbon steels under investigation (DC01 and DC03) after forming with various tools at different angles of deformation. The concluding section of the thesis includes an analysis of possible sheet thinning after the forming process, an overall evaluation of the results obtained, and a comparison of these results.
