Analýza a návrhy v oblasti kapacit ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelors thesis analyses and proposes solutions for the production capacity of the firm Strojirny Kalinowski. This company focuses on single-piece and low-volume production. The goal of my thesis is to create an analysis, and use it to identify problems in various areas, and to recommend solutions, which will lead to improvements in production capacities. These recommendations should lead to a better, more efficient and effective solution than in the current state. The beginning of the thesis focuses on general issues, followed by a detailed analysis of the current situation of the company and production. The next chapters are dedicated to examining individual problems and proposing solutions. Tables of machines, employees and their qualifications were put together. Furthermore, changes and optimizations in the areas of employees, machines, demand management and the use of the information system were proposed. The thesis concludes with a final evaluation.
