Abstract

The thesis deals with the optimization of treatment processes metal waste. At the beginning of this work highlights the reasons why it is necessary to remaking and sort waste. The theoretical part focuses on waste sorting and subsequent processing. It also focuses on waste from the ecological and economic terms. Discusses the grinding technology (why shredding, shredded wastes and types of shredders). Following introduction to the company as Metalšrot Tlumačov (company structure, organizational structure, typological distribution map). Practical part deals with technical and technological equipment of the company. It also focuses on both the vendor and the material and customers and produced material. In conclusion, the thesis will summarized the currently status with the design optimization of processing of individual waste fractions.
