Výzkum tribologického a tribotechnického řešení převodů uhelných pásových dopravníků

Abstract

In this dissertation, focused on a research of tribodiagnostic and tribological rules concerning the gearboxes used for conveyor coal belts, is lubricant considered as a designed parameter. The tesis is concentrated on the application of tribotechnics and lubricant as a key designed parameter for the conical gearbox – Type – TS 03 0411 driving conveyor coal belt in the plant Úpravna uhlí Komořany – Czech Coal Group. To reach the best general conclusions two gearboxes of conveyor coal belts ( labeled B 19 and B 20) were at the same time paralelly monitored. Analysis of today and in a close future available transmission oils for gearboxes is also included into this dissertation. The metodology of a choice the most optimal lubricant is explained, as well, for different projection types of gearboxes. The application of lubricant preventing micropitting is described. In a practical part of this dissertation the methods of tribodiagnostics were used for monitoring the technical condition of lubricant in those two above mentioned conical gearboxes. On the basis the monitored facts the conclusions for maintenance of gearboxes are recommended.
