Analýza a návrh procesu údržby lisovacích strojů ve výrobě polymerních těsnění

Abstract

The master thesis deals with solving maintenance problems and improving the existing maintenance process of pressing machines in the production of polymer seals in the company Henniges Hranice s.r.o. The thesis describes the current maintenance system and seeks new and better ways to streamline the work of maintenance department employees and how to avoid undesirable phenomena such as downtime. The result is a proposal to modify the established preventive methods, the method of installation and repair of hydraulic oil lines and the introduction of tribodiagnostics.
