Výzkum vlivu tepelného zpracování na mechanické vlastnosti materiálu MS300 vyrobeného metodou SLM

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of the M300 material by tensile testing using SLM technology. The research part of the work contains the current known state of heat treatment of maraging steel by solution treatment and aging treatment. The experimental part describes the production process using 3D printing, heat treatment of samples and tensile test of samples. The evaluation of mechanical properties was obtained on the basis of the analysis of the tensile test diagram. The results of the tested samples were compared with the results of other studies and the input parameters of the heat treatment were evaluated to achieve the best values of the investigated mechanical properties.
