Abstract

Bachelor thesis’s topic is design of a slewing crane for a small tractor. Research and evaluation of different types of domesticaly manufactured cranes is done in the introductory part. After evaluating different types of drives for rotational movement of the crane, design was produced and calculations were made, which allowed for choice of drive and engine. Next the whole design was subjected to a static strength analysis by FEM which lead to final shape of the crane. Drawing documentation is attached to the thesis.
