Abstract
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to a remuneration system in a selected organization. The main goal is to analyze the remuneration system and make a suggestion to improve this system. In the theoretic part there are explained the basic conceptions that are related to the remuneration. The practical part is dedicated to a description of a selected organization and its remuneration system. At the conclusion there is a suggestion to improve this remuneration system.
