Tribodiagnostika jako prostředek preventivní údržby

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením stavu údržby na vybraných strojích z hlediska zásad tribotechniky v podniku Semperflex Optimit Odry s.r.o. Začátek je věnován výrobě a použití průmyslových hadic. V další části jsou popsány jednotlivé tribodiagnostické zkoušky, na základě kterých se provádí výměna oleje, případně oprava daného stroje. Diplomová práce dále obsahuje popis a činnost strojů páracích, ovinovacích, olovolisů a strojů Schirm. Tato zařízení slouží k výrobě průmyslových hadic. Také je uveden způsob mazání jednotlivých částí strojů. Cílem je stanovit, zda by se firmě Semperflex Optimit Odry vyplatilo mít vlastní tribodiagnostickou laboratoř, a ekonomicky zhodnotit údržbu v podniku.

Master thesis deals with the assessment of the maintenance condition of the selected machines in terms of principles tribotechnics in the company Semperflex Optimit Odry s.r.o. The beginning is dedicated to the manufacture and use of industrial hoses. In the next part describes the different tribodiagnostics exams, based on which we are changing the oil, or repair machine. The master thesis also contains a description of the machinery tearing fall, wrapping, leadpress machines and machines Schirm. These devices are used in the manufacture of industrial hoses. It also shows how to delete individual machine parts. The aim is to determine whether the company Semperflex Optimit Odry worth have its own tribodiagnostics laboratory and economically evaluate maintenance company.
