Abstract

Bachelor work explores the design of The Cable Drum and its support. At the beginning of thesis there is an overview of machinery and cable drums cannot be obviously excluded. Out of possible types of construction the Grooved Drum was selected. The cable is there secured by the locking plates and drum support is in two bearing housings. In the attachment there is drawing of the Cable Drum with bearing housings and production drawing of the bearing housing.
