Zpracování podnikatelského plánu na založení kavárny

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a business plan for the establishment of a cafe and its subsequent operation in the town of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The theoretical part is focused on the basic economic concepts that need to be known in order to prepare a business plan. The legal forms of business, the business plan itself, its principles and structure are characterized. Furthermore, the business environment, including PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of five competitive forces and SWOT analysis. The last chapter of the theoretical part includes an explanation of the marketing mix and the LEAN CANVAS. In the practical part, PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of five competitive forces and SWOT analysis are performed. Next, the business plan itself is prepared, where there is basic information about the future company, its mission, vision and goals. A marketing plan, organizational structure and financial plan are drawn up. At the end of the bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of the results and a proposal of recommendations, including risks and their possible solutions.
