Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing services, specifically deals with marketing mix in selected fitness centers in Ostrava. The aim of this thesis is to determine customer satisfaction with marketing mix of fitness center HanyBany. Issues of marketing services were described and all the elements of marketing mix of services were characterized in the theoretical part of this thesis. The objective of this thesis was fulfilled by marketing research and the results were analyzed in detail. Recommendations for selected elements of marketing mix were suggested based on the results of the research. The recommendations should improve services offered by fitness center HanyBany and increase customer satisfaction.
