The bachelor thesis deal with questions of durability of cutting tools. In the beggining there is a common characteristic of cutting materials, cutting tools and edge plates. Then there is analysis of chosen tools from firm Klein Automotive s.r.o, used in practise. Main theme is focused on comparing durability of variable cutting tools.
