Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on entrepreneurship of a small Restaurant Cafe Destiny. Goal is to find problem areas, evaluate which problem areas are removable and recommend appropriate action to eliminate these problem areas. The methodological part deals with defining the procedures and methods of solution the bachelor task. In the theoretical part of this thesis describes the most important theoretical insights from small entrepreneurship firms and traits entrepreneurship small firms in gastronomy. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics the enterprise and problem areas in the entrepreneurship interest of the company. Based on the determination of removable areas are another part recommended appropriate action to eliminate these problem areas.
