Podnikání v malém restauračním podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podnikání malého restauračního podniku Cafe Destiny. Cílem práce je nalézt problémová místa podniku, následně zhodnotit, která problémová místa jsou odstranitelná a doporučit vhodné kroky k odstranění těchto problémových míst. Metodická část se zabývá definováním postupů a metod řešení bakalářského úkolu. V teoretické části této práce jsou popsány nejdůležitější teoretické poznatky z podnikání malé firmy a zvláštnosti podnikání malé firmy v gastronomii. Praktická část je věnována charakteristice podniku a problémovým místům v podnikání zájmového podniku. Na základě stanovení odstranitelných míst jsou další kapitolou doporučeny vhodné kroky k odstranění těchto problémových míst.

Bachelor thesis is focused on entrepreneurship of a small Restaurant Cafe Destiny. Goal is to find problem areas, evaluate which problem areas are removable and recommend appropriate action to eliminate these problem areas. The methodological part deals with defining the procedures and methods of solution the bachelor task. In the theoretical part of this thesis describes the most important theoretical insights from small entrepreneurship firms and traits entrepreneurship small firms in gastronomy. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics the enterprise and problem areas in the entrepreneurship interest of the company. Based on the determination of removable areas are another part recommended appropriate action to eliminate these problem areas.
