Racionalizace výroby opracování ocelových konstrukcí pro podmořskou těžbu ropy a plynu

Abstract

The target of my bachelor thesis was racionalization machining of welded construction for undersea pump oil and gas for Norway customer. On the beginning of my work I introduced corporation Strojirny Trinec and its history, then I explain machining process, formation of the splinter, workability of the material, and then I wrote about machining high-complicated areas. In the second part of my thesis I have been occupy by rationalization production technological process and proposition much progressive method of machinig. The rationalization effect was reduce cost one piece about thirty percents.
