Vliv mikrogeometrie soustružnické VBD na její užitné vlastnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem mikrogeometrie soustružnické VBD na její užitné vlastnosti, zejména pak vlivem výšky utvařeče. V úvodu je stručně popsána historie a zaměření firmy Dormer Pramet s.r.o. a obecný základ problematiky vlivu geometrie utvařeče soustružnické VBD na její užitné vlastnosti, jejich výroba a použití. Další část práce popisuje charakteristiku zkoušených VBD a teorii vlivu výšky utvařeče na utváření třísky. Následuje hlavní část práce, zabývající se praktickými zkouškami námi zvolených VBD a následnému vyhodnocení. Závěrem práce je shrnutí výsledků a poznatků, které byly z těchto zkoušek získány.

Bachelor work is undercovered in effect microgeometry of turning exchange plate on their usable properties, mostly on effect height of shiver creator. In introduction is described history of the Dormer Pramet works and common base of geometry creator of turning exchange cutting plate and their production and application. Next chapter of this work describes characteristics of tested cutting plates and theory of influen heigh of shiver creator to creating shive. The main chapter of this work is undercovered on practical experiments of chosen cuting plates and evaluation results. In conclusion of work is summary of results and knowledge based of experiments.
