Abstract
Thesis aims at creating of VSM diagram that is mapping production proces of EGR sensors in company CTS Czech Republic s.r.o. EGR sensors are used in recirculation of exhaust gasses and can be found in all types of combustion engines. Production process can be optimized by implementing methods of lean manufacturing and by analysis of material and information flows, leading to lower or no wastes. VSD is used to project future state of production. Conclusion evaluates benefits of all proposals made while considering possibility of realization and interests of company.
