Hodnocení přesnosti a drsnosti povrchu po dokončovacích operací z polotovaru po 3D tisku

Abstract

The topic of the master thesis is the additive manufacturing with subsequent examination of samples produced by this method. In the introductory part, selected 3D printing methods are described with a focus on the SLM method. The advantages and disadvantages of this method are presented, as well as the surface quality after 3D printing, followed by a description of the blasting, types, solids, separation, liquids. The experimental part consists of a description of the fabrication and heat treatment of the 316L samples. Furthermore, the method of blasting and its progress. This is followed by the evaluation of the selected roughness parameters, then the width and thickness of the samples and the roundness of the selected edges. At the end of the paper, the interrogations of each sample are presented, which showed changes in the measured values averaging 45-70 %.
