Abstract

This thesis describes the design of drilling rigs and bolting assembly design, particularly mounting of the chain drive drilling rigs to drill holes with a diameter of 28-42 mm rotary manner. Firstly an importance of drilling and bolting machines overview is given. The next part is a proposal of chain transfer. Strength calculation and calculation of the proposed components is analysed in more details. Stress analysis control begins with the calculation of the selected chain to the pressure under static and dynamic loads. The following is a selected frame strength check of buckling and strength check of designed shaft torsion and bending, including design and control of the spring in the editing and deformation.
