Fixátor

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom konštrukčného riešenia externého fixátoru pre liečbu zlomeniny distálneho rádia či prsta v traumatológii. V úvode sú spracované informácie v oblasti aktuálnej ponuky fixátorov týchto zlomenín na českom aj zahraničnom trhu. V kapitole, ktorá sa zaoberá vlastným konštrukčným riešením, bola predstavená varianta riešenia konštrukčných uzlov aj s pomocou CAD systémov. Prioritou návrhu bolo samotné konštrukčné riešenie, jednoduchosť, ergonómia a flexibilná aplikácia na pacienta. Tejto variante predchádzali dve varianty riešenia, ktoré boli z dôvodu obavy z nedostatočného plnenia funkcie zamietnuté. Nasledovali kontrolné výpočty vrátane použitia metódy MKP. Posledným krokom bolo vyhotovenie výkresu vybranej súčasti.

The Bachelor thesis deals with draft design of the external fixator for treatment the fractures of the distal radius or finger in Traumatology. At the beginning are processed the information about the current offers of these fixators on the Czech and foreign market. In the chapter that deals with own design was introduced the variety of alternative solution of the structural node with the help of CAD system. The priority was its own design, its simplicity, ergonomics and the flexible application to patient. This version is followed by two variants of solution which were due to poor performance rejected. These were followed by control calculations including the use of methods MPK. The last step was to create drawing of selected component.
