Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of a steam superheater of the new ZEVO concept with limited chloride corrosion. The theoretical part focuses on the search of the current state of incinerators and ZEVO in the Czech Republic, the origin and means of reducing chloride corrosion, and a description of the function of the expansion steam generator. The practical part contains the steam generator model, heat transfer calculations, mass and temperature balance, strength calculations and calculation of the mean temperature logarithmic gradient. Finally, the work contains a specific design solution of the selected superheater.
