Abstract

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis was internet marketing communication analysis of selected Ostrava cafes. Websites, e-mail communication and social networks Facebook and Instagram was included to the observation. The thesis consists of two main chapters, in that case theoretical and practical. First part of thesis describes theoretical ways of internet marketing communication, then there is specified characteristic of macro environment and middle environment. The practical part is focused on analysis, for which is used observation method, followed by suggested recommendations.
