Konstrukční návrh ohýbačky pásových brzd

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem automatické ohýbačky koncových ok pásových brzd. Jedná se o jednoúčelové zařízení, které má pracovat bez zásahu člověka. Práce hodnotí současný stav, na základě kterého je proveden samotný návrh stroje. Konstrukční řešení je členěno do tří částí, s popisem principu činnosti a výpočetní kontrolou vybraných částí. U vybraných celků je zpracována výkresová dokumentace. Všechny vstupní požadavky na parametry stroje jsou splněny.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the automatic bending machine for the end loop of band brakes. It is a single-purpose device that should work without human intervention. The work evaluates the current state, based on which the design of the machine itself is performed. The design solution is divided into three parts, with a description of the principle of operation and numerical verification of selected parts. Drawing documentation is processed for selected parts. All input requirements for machine parameters are met.
