Abstract
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to measure satisfaction of theatre-goers. I make my research in Theatre Šumperk. The research results show, that theatre-goers are less satisfied with repertoáre and buffet. Based on the data I have offered advice, which could increase satisfaction of theatre-goers.
