Abstract
The aim of my thesis is to determine what methods exist for an active customer relationship management. Each chapter deals with general management, customer relationship, which is meant to create, develop, build, or worse, end the relationship. The next section discussed how computer programs, and marketing methods which are always advantages and disadvantages of the business. The work ends with comparing different methods.
