Abstract
The content of diploma thesis is to evaluate installed technical equipment in the apartment building. These devices are assessed from technological and economical aspect.
The apartment building is designed to be energy efficient. The building is completed with
systems which are using energy source and heat recovery from a waste air. The work focus is
on the connections between structural and technological parts of the building. The subject
of solution is structural and constructional works, which are necessary for the installation
of the proposed technology. The effect of continuity works is not only reflected in the price
of work, but also in the total concept of the building.
