Technologické a ekonomické zhodnocení instalovaných technických zařízení

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je zhodnocení instalovaných technických zařízení v bytovém domě. Tato zařízení jsou posouzena z hlediska technologického a ekonomického. Bytový dům je navržen jako energeticky úsporný a je doplněn systémy využívající obnovitelné zdroje energie a zpětného získávání tepla z odpadního vzduchu. Práce je zaměřena na návaznosti mezi stavební a technologickou částí objektu. Předmětem řešení jsou stavební a konstrukční úpravy, které jsou nezbytné pro instalaci navržených technologií. Vliv návaznosti prací se odrazí nejen v ceně díla, ale i v celkové koncepci stavby.

The content of diploma thesis is to evaluate installed technical equipment in the apartment building. These devices are assessed from technological and economical aspect. The apartment building is designed to be energy efficient. The building is completed with systems which are using energy source and heat recovery from a waste air. The work focus is on the connections between structural and technological parts of the building. The subject of solution is structural and constructional works, which are necessary for the installation of the proposed technology. The effect of continuity works is not only reflected in the price of work, but also in the total concept of the building.
