dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací původní technologie obrábění vahadla. Cílem je zkrácení strojních a vedlejších časů při třískovém obrábění vahadla ve firmě UNEX a.s. Hlavní část bakalářské práce se zabývá zjištěním aktuálního stavu obrábění. Následně jsou navrženy nové řezné nástroje, úprava polohování, návrh vhodnějšího stroje a konstrukční úpravy s cílem dosažení snížení výrobních nákladů. Poslední částí je ověření navrhovaných řešení v praxi. Závěr patří vyhodnocení celé práce s výsledky technických a ekonomických přínosů.cs
dc.description.abstractThis master‘s thesis examines the use of original technology for the machining of boogies. The aim is a reduction of machine and ancillary time during the machining of boogies at the company UNEX a.s.. The main part of this thesis analyzes the actual and current condition of machining. This analysis is followed by suggested new technology processes such as, new cutting tools, a proposal of more suitable machine-tools, and engineering adjustments. The end goal is a reduction of overall production cost. The conclusion contains an evaluation of the thesis, including technical and economic benefits.en
